industry executives to acquire a group of underperforming radio stations and to
capitalize on the regulatory changes and rapid consolidation occurring in the industry.
The management team developed and implemented a new business plan that
produced significant improvements in the operations of four FM and two AM stations
originally acquired in the New York, Chicago, Detroit, Charlotte and Dallas markets.
The company was sold to EvergreenMedia Corporation.
