Prior to joining Long Point Capital in 2010, Norm worked at Harris Williams & Co., a boutique investment banking firm that provides financial advisory services to middle-market companies. Norm received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
