Bill was a partner of Morgan Lewis Githens & Ahn and served on the Board of Directors for a number
of its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis Githens & Ahn, Bill was a Vice President in the
Corporate Finance Group of The Prudential Insurance Company of America.
He received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Columbia
Business School.
