Long Point Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Stein as the new Chief Executive Officer of UMA Home Decor. Stein is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the furniture and home decor sector. He is the founder and former president and CEO of accent and occasional furniture specialist Stein World. Most recently, Stein served as owner and CEO of Coast to Coast Imports, also a specialist in furniture, lighting and other decor. Throughout his career, Stein has developed extensive expertise in design, sourcing and sales within the home furnishings industry.
As CEO, he will oversee UMA's corporate strategic vision and is transitioning the current management and sales teams from Coast to Coast into UMA's existing leadership structure. "The transition is a strategic integration of Stein's extensive sourcing and manufacturing capabilities with UMA's design expertise and expansive product offerings," the company said.
