Edward’s expertise encompasses buy-side and sell-side mergers & acquisitions and corporate financing transactions. Edward works with entrepreneurs, employ-owned businesses, family-owned businesses, public-owned companies, and private equity-owned companies located across the world and operating in a diverse array of industries.
Edward was formerly an associate at Focus Investment Banking, a middle market investment bank. Edward graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law School and with degrees in economics, philosophy, and anthropology from the University of Maryland.
Edward is currently based in Washington, DC.
