Long Point Capital, Inc., in partnership with management, is pleased to announce the recapitalization of Arrow Tru-Line, Inc., headquartered in Archbold, OH. Arrow Tru-Line ("ATL") is North America's leading independent manufacturer of hardware for residential and commercial overhead garage doors.

Arrow Tru-Line offers an extensive array of custom and standard steel and aluminum products such as horizontal and vertical tracks, center bearing supports, hinges, struts, torsion tubes, rollers, lift handles, brackets, cable assemblies and lock components. The Company, with facilities in the U.S. and China, is an industry leader in product breadth, performance and innovation.
