Bob has more than 30 years of experience leading engineering and environmental consulting practices throughout the United States and substantial M&A work and the subsequent integration of consulting firms

Bob has held senior executive roles and been responsible for the management and growth of businesses throughout the US. His experience includes staff and leadership development, driving financial performance, developing and executing market and client growth strategies, key client account management, and project and program management. He has worked across a broad range of disciplines and market sectors with experience delivering projects for private, public, municipal, state and federal clients. His experience includes environmental restoration and remediation, transportation, structures, geotech, mining, land development, survey, asset management, water quality, water/wastewater, landscape architecture, construction management, stream restoration and environmental planning.

Bob is also a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and spent time in the Coast Guard prior to pursuing his corporate career.
