  • Confidentiality Agreement signed.
  • Brief information request and a follow up call.
  • Offer letter submitted.
  • Visit to the Company.
  • Signed Letter of Intent.
  • Confirmatory due diligence and documentation (60 to 90 days).
  • Closing and Fee paid to you.
