Doug Tracy

Doug is a seasoned operating executive and global technology leader with more than 25 years of experience driving revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and digital transformation across mid-market, SMB, and private equity–backed enterprises in North America and beyond.

He currently serves as President and CEO of Centrilogic, a North American provider of digital transformation and managed cloud services, where he is leading the company’s evolution from a founder-led organization to a scalable, growth-oriented, AI-driven market leader. Doug has held senior executive roles including COO of Milestone Technologies (H.I.G. Capital), CIO of Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology), and global technology leadership positions at Rolls-Royce, Dana Corporation, Pfizer, and the Federal Reserve.

A former U.S. Air Force Major and F-15E instructor pilot, Doug brings a disciplined, mission-driven leadership style to every organization he leads. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, an M.S. in Software Development and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
