Transaction Overview
Long Point Capital partnered with the management shareholder of EYP to repurchase the stake of a large shareholder who was seeking liquidity and to provide a capital base to expand the company through acquisitions.
Post-Transaction
Following Long Point Capital’s investment, EYP executed on its growth plan by completing three acquisitions, including a leading provider of proprietary energy modeling software, and a leading architecture firm focused on healthcare building projects. EYP was successfully sold to its management team in 2016.
