Transaction Overview
Long Point Capital partnered with the management team to purchase Sunbury from a corporate owner that was divesting non-core operations.
Post-Transaction
Sunbury expanded rapidly due to continued growth in its Sunbrella outdoor fabric line, and a rebound in the market from a recessionary downturn. Long Point Capital sold 100% of the Company to a newly formed ESOP in a two-step transaction.
