Mark Fenner

Mark Fenner is a seasoned executive with 40+ years of professional and leadership experience in the A/E industry. He has led US and global businesses for publicly traded firms and serves as an advisor for private-equity-owned portfolio companies. Mark was Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Arcadis’ $1.2 billion North America business while concurrently serving as Director of Arcadis’ Global Sector and Clients program and served as the Global Business Line Director for Arcadis’ $900 million global environmental business. He also worked at other consulting and engineering firms including Harding Lawson Associates/MACTEC, Rust Environment & Infrastructure, and International Technology Corporation.

Upon retiring as an operating executive, Mark provided advisory services to several private-equity owned portfolio companies spanning multiple industries including A/E, healthcare, and pharmaceutical marketing. He specializes in developing and implementing high impact sales and marketing programs, strategic planning, strategic partnerships and boards, executive coaching, and leadership development.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Mark is currently based in Florida.
