Long Point Capital is pleased to announce that Tim Czyzak has joined our team as an Associate in our Michigan office. Tim will be involved in all aspects of our business, including sourcing transactions, deal execution, and portfolio company support.
Prior to joining Long Point Capital, Tim worked with Vetus Partners/Supply Chain Equity Partners, a merchant bank focused on middle-market wholesale distribution and logistics companies. In addition, Tim previously worked for National City Bank in its Equity Sponsor Group, providing senior debt for leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, and mergers and acquisitions. Tim received a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University.
