Long Point Capital invested in Allnorth through a leveraged majority recapitalization structure, where the shareholders of the Company monetized a portion of the illiquid value contained in their business, while continuing to retain a meaningful ownership interest in Allnorth.
Add-on Acquisition Criteria
Allnorth is actively looking to acquire engineering, project delivery or construction services firms located in North America with EBITDA of at least $2 million.
